An opening order of $100 can be accepted with a $5.00 minimum fee.
Restocking fee: 25%
Any items to be returned must be received by Mitchell Accessories within 10 days of the delivery date.
Most items can be ordered by single pieces, unless specified.
Placing orders: If you prefer, once we have received your orders we will confirm your order by email, fax or by telephone, please request if necessary.
Orders paid by credit card cannot be refunded unless Mitchell Accessories Ltd approves the refund. We will issue an internal credit and the value of credit will be applied to the next order.
Payment Information: Please provide us with up to date payment information when placing orders to avoid delays or possible cancellation.
NSF fees: NSF fees are $50.00.
Freight: The total cost of freight will be determined once the invoice is made and the shipment has been weighed.
Refused Orders: If an order has shipped and the customer decides to refuse an order, after the order has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply to any shipment that has been refused by the customer unless the order has not shipped, as well all freight costs incurred with this order will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund of the order.
Address change: any fees incurred by Mitchell Accessories that have been made by the customer without prior notice to us will be automatically charged and paid by the customer.
If a customer decides to cancel an order prior to the order being shipped there are no fees. Please try to inform us as soon as possible that you have decided you do not want this order. However if it is a special order such as a size or a cape that is made to order, a fee may be applied to the cancelled order between $5.00 and 25% of the value of the item.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 10 days of invoice date. Mitchell Accessories may extend the date by which we may allow a return, depending on the situation but it is at the discretion of Mitchell Accessories. Please be sure to ask for an RA # and to return the item with all packaging. Ship carefully so that it will arrive in satisfactory condition.
