Unless the items are printed, most unopened and unused items can be returned within 10 days of delivery. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee applied to all returned items.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless you received the wrong merchandise or defective merchandise.
Refunds are generally made within 10 days of inspection and confirmation of a defect.
Damages resulting from shipping are the responsibility of the freight company. Please be sure to inspect all shipments immediately after your receive an order.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you prefer to call with details have your invoice number and item number ready.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations.
